You may return any dress / item if it is in the original packing, box or carton and has not been used. It is important to know that if an item has been used it cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns. We do not charge any restocking fees if you return the item within 15 days from the date of purchase.
Custom made dresses cannot be returned unless there was an error of measurement at our end. However, we will try to accommodate any genuine complaints and rectify them.
Any alteration requests will carry a separate charge.
Procedure for Return
You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return a dress. You have 5 days from the date of purchase to report incorrect shipment, damaged and defective products through our website or through our email.
We shall confirm through an email that we shall return the dress.
How can you return?
In the confirmation email we shall advise the location to where you could courier the dress. Once we receive the item, we shall acknowledge receipt by email.
